Politics changes everything, and it has infused the virus question once again.

I’ve got a new Planet Waves FM planned for tonight. I’ll pick up from where I left off in yesterday’s article, which is a concise summary of the 1,150 day pandemic ordeal.

The new program usually posts well ahead of its 10 pm EDT scheduled time. At the top, I will be covering Mercury direct, Jupiter in Taurus and the Taurus New Moon conjunct Sedna (keep your heart open in hell). I’ll be doing an interpretive reading of AI attempts to write astrology. And we will have part two of the Betty Dodson series.

Is the virus a Democrat or a Republican?

On the political front, there is an overt attempt being made to kettle all “health freedom” people into the political camp of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who is running for president as a Democrat on a pro-virus, lab-release platform.

This drive is akin to a typical “limited hangout” maneuver intended to sweep in the fence-sitters, the fringes, the suspicious and the uninformed.

Except one thing. Limited hangouts are supposed to be appealing. The display of aggression and raw desperation this week was appalling. We are now looking at the bare, naked skeleton of politics. Journalists are being expected to compromise.

The secondary goal seems to be about dividing the no-virus research teams apart from one another. In media studies, the effect reveals the intent. That is what I mean.

For some fun — if you missed it — you can read my April Fool’s Day parody preemptively announcing Kennedy’s run for president. Speaking of parodies, in early 2021, I published a fake “interview with the virus” portraying the poor guy as a disenchanted rock star.

Planet Waves FM is an unlimited hangout

My format is late-night free-form radio. We were founded on the legendary Radio Woodstock at 11 pm on Sept. 22, 1996. I prefer audio because you can turn it on and do whatever else you want without staring at a screen.
