An ASTOUNDING accusation in the new lawsuit against childhood vaccines

First, this suit charges the accused with RACKETEERING. This isn’t just a colloquial usage of that term. This is a RICO lawsuit!
From the complaint¹: “This complaint is brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(c) and (d), against the American Academy of Pediatrics (“AAP”) for its central role in an enterprise that has defrauded American families about the safety of the childhood vaccine schedule for several decades.”

The official complaint uses the term ENTERPRISE again and again. That term applies specifically to RICO. Among the members of the enterprise are pharmaceutical companies. They are not being directly sued. The enterprise partner, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is being sued. It has many thousands of members—pediatricians.
Here we go. Buckle up. Here is an excerpt from Sections D and E of the filed complaint. Read every word:
“The Vaccine Racket: Create the Condition, Sell the Treatment, Keep the Sick Customer for Life”
“A racket is a service that creates its own demand. The same pharmaceutical conglomerates that serve as enterprise participants in manufacturing childhood vaccines have systematically acquired companies developing treatments for autoimmune disorders, allergies, and neurodevelopmental conditions, many of which are listed as adverse events in vaccine package inserts produced by them.”
“…In 2021, Merck bought Pandion Therapeutics for $1.85 billion, adding [Pandion’s] treatments for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, is listed in clinical trial safety data for Merck’s GARDASIL [vaccine]...”
“…These acquisitions create a closed-loop revenue system across the enterprise. The vaccine serves as the customer acquisition mechanism. A child who develops eczema after vaccination with an enterprise participant’s vaccine becomes a customer for another participant’s eczema treatment. A child who develops an autoimmune disease becomes a customer for the enterprise’s immunosuppressants. These are just a few of many examples. The enterprise profits from the vaccines, and profits again from the treatment of the vaccine package insert documented side effects.”
“AAP [American Academy of Pediatrics] ensures this revenue stream continues. It blocks studies that might reveal connections between [vaccine] schedule expansion and chronic disease. It promotes ever-expanding [vaccine] schedules. The $115-125 million AAP generates annually is a fraction of the tens of billions at stake.”
“AAP controls pediatric medicine and dominates childhood vaccine policy. Its Red Book defines the standard of care…Its Bright Futures guidelines dictate the content and timing of well-child visits. Physicians who deviate from AAP guidelines face medical board discipline, loss of hospital privileges, exclusion from insurance networks, and professional destruction…”
BOOM.
That’s the scope of the RICO enterprise.

As the US Department of Justice watches this RICO lawsuit move forward, it could decide to file a RICO suit of its own against the AAP. Or it could even bring federal criminal charges against AAP.
The DOJ could also decide to sue pharmaceutical companies which are partners in the criminal enterprise, or bring criminal charges against these companies.
Rick Jaffe, the attorney leading the RICO lawsuit, acknowledges Children’s Health Defense (CHD) for funding the suit.
Robert Kennedy co-founded CHD, and was closely associated with it for years.
Pharmaceutical companies are certainly wondering whether this RICO lawsuit was Kennedy’s strategy.
If so, kudos, Robert.
In any case, Robert, make sure Pam Bondi keeps a close eye on the progress of the suit. At some point, it’ll be your job to make criminal referrals to Bondi—naming AAP and a number of pharma companies that must be prosecuted.
Will the judge assigned to this RICO suit allow it to move ahead? That’s a huge looming question.
If enough Americans voice their support for the suit, they’ll create PRESSURE.

Good point in Segment III re how technology functions like propaganda, the humidity analogy. It's there, and acts as a key influence, but it's so much a part of the fiber that no one notices it.
Wish that the black plane story re the WTC2 plane could be corroborated. The plane which hit WTC1, visible for only a second or so on the only video of the event, is definitely NOT a 767, it has wings attached to the fuselage way up at the front of the plane, vs in the middle, like a 767. And videos of the WTC2 event appear to show the plane's nose emerge from the other side of the building , as if the structurally weakest part of the plane was not damaged by plowing through lots of steel and concrete. Those videos were likely doctored.

One item i have to disagree with. Your timing about the '70s movements does not jibe with my personal experience. These movements were all going on before the end of 1969. I got on the train in late 1970, and was there to see the on-going movements getting diverted instead of uniting into a single social movement. The environmental movement was already being diverted into bureaucratic reformism in 1970. Think EARTH DAY. Feminism channeled into the likes of Ms Magazine. Black Liberation channeled away from the class politics of the Black Panthers and towards black nationalism, early identity politics. The anti-war movement was being channeled into electoral politics as the Democratic Party under which the Vietnam War was initiated reinvented itself as a "peace party.". ...... I resisted the trend and got more radical. Many whom i met did the reverse, either out of exhaustion, lack of clarity about what we were facing, growing economic insecurity,...

I believe nothing. I am convinced of a lot of stuff, but only because i've been presented with ample evidence. Most of all, insist on the usage of the scientific method for the gathering of this evidence.

What’s being refined here is post‑national. These techniques are not tied to Gaza or Palestinians--they scale. If deemed “successful,” this model becomes a template for refugee cities, disaster response, “extremism prevention,” climate displacement, and eventually domestic unrest or public safety regimes.
The only variable will be who counts as a “risky” population. And over time, that category expands until it includes everyone.
Yep, "SMART" Gaza has been in the plans since Fall 2023, i've been collecting the articles. One of those putting forth these plans has been billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman, who was early on a supporter of the RFK Jt presidential bid before switching to Trump. Junior retweeted a tweet of his in October '23 demanding Harvard (his Alma Mater) crack down on anti-genocide protesters.

the basis of the vaccine is the alleged "poliovirus" in a monkey kidney cell culture, then "inactivated" by the addition of formalin.
So it is always a toxic brew of broken down kidney cells and other diseased material. In 1955 they obviously made a more toxic batch than usual - we can't say if something else was in it or it was simply more concentrated - the establishment claimed it accidentally contained a "live virus" to maintain both the virus model and the illusion of vaccination.
"...creating a legal precedent that made vaccine manufacturing risky for pharmaceutical companies." - Well Pfizer recently collected ~$100B for one vaccine and Zero risk.
