Local politics, but the issues transcend local jurisdictions. Strain on housing, cased by rising overall costs, influx of people with money from the immediate New York Metro area. More and more homeless people, hospitality industry is the key part of the local economy but its workers not being able to afford to live there. Growing traffic problems due to increased traffic. Strain on health care with opioids crisis, "Pandemic." Crime. Nothing here that a local entity can really solve on its own, as there problems are systemic.

Steve Noble sounds sooooo cookie cutter. It was like listening to a male version of Sarah Palin.

Thanks for sharing this. I think both candidates could do well taking a course in rhetoric for a more proper debate, but it is what it is. It's too bad Scott Denny provided mostly criticisms without much in terms of constructiveness or a promise of tangible alternatives. Steve Noble has the traction of his momentum.
