This is a republication of my tribute to Anatoly Ryzhenko, the webmaster of Planet Waves, my friend, collaborator and partner in mischief. He died two years ago today.
What a beautiful tribute to an even lovelier friendship. I'm sorry it was cut short by these glorified snake oil salesmen that call themselves "doctors". Anatoly was my age. He shouldn't have had to leave his loved one's so soon.
