Listened to the first 100 minutes. Good on you pointing out that Operation "Pandemic" would have been impossible without rendering the vast majority into totally irrational entities, digital disembodiment. And good on Christine pointing out that bacteria have never been shown to transmit disease, whereas Bobby Jr parroted Fauci in claiming the "Spanish" flu was cause by bacterial infections.

In general, the celebrities of the "freedom movement" have reinforced Fauci by clinging to the virus/contagion narrative, supporting the core part of the Operation's propaganda. That even the "freedom" movement is evading the FOIs matter (217 responses now) speaks volumes.

Exactly, they are herding people away from the liberating truth about germ theory.

Because they are invested in that theory, ideologically, emotionally and in many cases financially.

I think you've got that backwards -- they are financially invested, and they know that the public is emotionally invested. So they are capitalizing on the power coming up from below.

Expand full comment

Well, they are emotionally invested too. The likes of Bobby Jr have spent so much energy and time telling people how things are, doing so in the framework of virology, contagion,.... So for them to admit that what they have put forth has been wrong in a fundamental way would be risking a major blow to their continued credibility. They plain don't wanna be shown wrong.

FWIW, i didn't list "ideologically, emotionally, financially" in that order with any intent of laying down a timeline as to the factors. They are all simultaneous. And yet, the public is emotionally invested, wanting to support their heroes whom they credit with getting through the last 3+ years, feeling like they have established a credibility and not wanting to see that undermined, feeling like they're defending them against the mainstream,... AND, in many cases, tor the same reason i describe above re the celebrities, not wanting to come off as being wrong and having put out a completely false narrative over the last several years.

Remember that with criminals, the motive is irrelevant; the action is what counts. Yes people are sometimes invested in their own delusions and the ones they perpetuate; and sometimes they laugh at us for believing them and have no emotional investment at all.

Hey Eric,

Absolutely fabulous show. Where else can I get an interview with one of the most important COVID debunkers, a broad-minded deep dive into the UFO topic with a mind-blowing clip from the late, great psychedelic bard, Terence McKenna, interludes of music from one of my favorite albums which has synchronistic resonance personally because two nights ago I had a very intense dream involving things I heard Joe Strummer speak about relating to how punks were related to hippies, and last but not least, astrology to give it the show some cosmic sprinkles on top! Anyway, love the work you are doing.

Now, I've got a personal story that may or may not have been an encounter of some sort, but it lines right up with this quote Terence shared about the UFOs possibly being a projection of Gaia. I want to give the story justice and it's past my bedtime here, so I've put it on my To Do List for tomorrow evening to share it with you. There's this part of me that doesn't like sharing it, because it was very personal and profound, and sometimes it feels like if/when I share it, it takes away its resonance. That said, because it ties into that quote from Terence and because it's an encounter that was Spirit lifting in a very deep way when so many leave people feeling scared or confused, I want to give it a voice.

Anyway, I'll get back to it tomorrow or Monday at the latest!

Joe used to have long hair in the early '70s. In '81 or so, a video i saw of him (from Japan) shows him with his hair pulled into a tight ponytail. In Nov '82, at the Reggae Festival in Kingston, Jamaica, he was photoed hanging out with Bob Weir. Mick Jones had long hair during the Clash's most hard core period, 1977 (see the movie Rude Boy, which covers '77 and '78), punked up his looks AFTER the band moved away from that music, as if to fit a record company image (?). They all .... enjoyed da herb.

{This was posted after my general comments about Part II, see them in a separate comment]Former U.S Department of Defense Senior Intelligence Official, Christopher Mellon is a key figure in The Phenomenon, part of building up the case that the US military built up mounds of evidence about UFOs. Starting around 1:17:25 or so (trying to give it a lead time, hopefully that’s before the segment starts), he talks of how once he looked closely, he found out that all the evidence has been destroyed or buried too deeply for any normal means of investigation to uncover.

Isn’t it rather interesting that this came out right at the time of the “Pandemic”’s launch? I found an official release date (Streaming):of Oct 6, 2020. But this announcement https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onEXmLX2ZZQ dates to .. January 2020! The post at that page already provided links to it, at Amazon. i believe it is identical to the post at the You Tube page linked here, posted 9 months ago. Why the discrepancy? Jan 29, 2020

"AMZ Director James Fox’s explosive documentary is being hailed as the most credible examination of the longstanding cover-up and global mystery involving unidentified aerial phenomenon.

Including shocking testimony from high-ranking government and military officials, NASA Astronauts, other credible sources, and riveting never-before seen footage, the timely film also reveals the monumental events behind the NY Times’ recent bombshell disclosure of The Pentagon’s secret UFO Program, and provides eye-opening evidence that mankind is not alone in the universe.

Senator Harry Reid calls it “Meritorious. It makes the incredible credible." Former Senior CIA Officer Jim Semivan, calls it “The most important documentary of the year.” Dr. Jacques Vallee says “70 years of secrecy has led to this. The most credible documentary ever made about UFOs.” George Knapp calls it, “A definitive examination of an enduring global mystery. This film will land on an unsuspecting Earth with the force of an alien invasion.”

Narrated by Peter Coyote, the film includes Senator Harry Reid, President Clinton, John Podesta, White House Chief of Staff for Clinton and advisor to Obama, Governor Bill Richardson, former U.S Department of Defense Senior Intelligence Official, Christopher Mellon, NASA Astronauts, Governor Fife Symington, and Dr. Jacques Vallee, who was portrayed in Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind. About Mellon.

Christopher Karl Mellon (born October 2, 1957),[1] is a private equity investor,[2] former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations and later for Security and Information Operations. He formerly served as the Staff Director of the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. He is a member of the influential Mellon family out of the State of Pennsylvania. Mellon has lobbied for U.S. government investigations into unidentified aerial phenomenon.[3]….

Mellon served for 12 years in a variety of positions on Capitol Hill, including nearly 10 years as a professional staff member as a Staff Director of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.[citation needed] Mellon went to the Pentagon as a member of William Cohen's transition team on January 2, 1997. Following the transition, Mellon was appointed as the Coordinator for Advanced Concepts and Program Integration, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, concentrating on encryption and information assurance issues.[citation needed] From November 1997 to June 1998, he served as the Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Policy, providing advice on a range of intelligence issues. From June 1998 through November 1999, Mellon served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Security and Information Operations. He was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence from November 1999 until December 2002. **[DURING WHICH TIME 9/11 HAPPENED!]** In that capacity, he was responsible for policy and programmatic oversight of information assurance, critical infrastructure protection, security, counterintelligence, and information operations strategy and integration. Before entering the private sector, Mellon returned to Capitol Hill, where he served as the Minority Staff Director of the Senate Intelligence Committee for Senator John D. Rockefeller, IV from 2002 to 2004.[6] [Yet another Rockefeller involved, a member of the Trilateral Commission, like Bill Clinton and others in this film]...

Mellon worked with Leslie Kean in a UFO organization [She is a former programmer with radio station KPFA of the Pacifica Network, who worked hard at the station to attack attempts to question the official 9/11 story!}and is a shareholder and former advisor for the Blink 182 punk rocker Tom DeLonge's To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences.[12][13] According to the company’s website, Mellon's title was "national security affairs advisor".[14] Mellon assisted in production and worked with former Pentagon Director of AATIP, Luis Elizondo as a cast member for the cable television network History that distributes the shows series Unidentified: Inside America's UFO Investigation.[14]

[History (formerly The History Channel from January 1, 1995 to February 15, 2008; stylized in all caps) is an American pay television network and flagship channel owned by A&E Networks, a joint venture between Hearst Communications and The Walt Disney Company's General Entertainment Content Division.]

Re the Mellons.

"The family's wealth originated with Mellon Bank, founded in 1869 by Archibald's grandson. Thomas Mellon. Under the direction of Thomas's son, Andrew William Mellon, the Mellons became principal investors and majority owners of Gulf Oil (which merged with Chevron Corporation in 1985), Alcoa (since 1886), The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review (since 1970), Koppers (since 1912), New York Shipbuilding (1899–1968) and Carborundum Corporation,[2] as well as their major financial and ownership influence on Westinghouse Electric,[3] H.J. Heinz Company,[citation needed] Newsweek, U.S. Steel, Credit Suisse First Boston and General Motors.[citation needed] The family bank would go on to merge with the Bank of New York to become BNY Mellon

The family also founded the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., donating both art works and funds, and is a patron to the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, Yale University, the Hôpital Albert Schweitzer in Haiti, and with art the University of Virginia. Carnegie Mellon University, and its Mellon College of Science, is named in honor of the family, as well as for its founder, Andrew Carnegie, who was a close associate of the Mellons. The family's founding patriarch was Judge Thomas Mellon (1813–1908),[4] the son of Andrew Mellon and Rebecca Wauchob, who were Scotch-Irish farmers from Camp Hill Cottage, in Lower Castletown, County Tyrone, Ireland, and emigrated to what is now the Pittsburgh suburb of north-central Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The family can be divided into four branches: the descendants of Thomas Alexander Mellon Jr, of James Ross Mellon, of Andrew William Mellon, and of Richard Beatty Mellon. The Mellon family are members of the Episcopal Church.[5]”

Alright, finished listening to the rest of the program, the second 100 minutes. Before commenting on that, i wanted to express deep appreciation for the song selections by the Clash, Hitsville UK (tribute to Motown), Rudy Can't Fail, Spanish Bombs (funny about the Andalusia references, i've been getting into learning "Andalucia" by Cuban composer Ernesto Lecuonda, 1928) Clampdown and Something About England. What an amazing music group.

I'm glad i held off commenting about "The Phenomenon" so i could listen first to the full presentation. I still have a few things to say about it, but that's further below. Very good description of UFO believers as people who have not fully integrated internally, who have a need to externally project what's internal to them. Very significant that the Air Force chose April 2020, right as the world was being turned upside down with Operation "Pandemic" to state UFOs were real and that it was investigating, adding to its big file. This was likely test marketing of an "alien invasion" false flag operation, as predicted by German Nazi scientist Werner Von Braun, who was brought to the US after WWII to lead its missile development program and its outgrowth, the Space Program.

A scene is presented from "The Phenomenon" regarding Laurence Rockefeller telling President Clinton that the investigation into the 1947 Roswell incident should be re-opened. (In 1947, the Air Force was still a part of the Army, they did not separate till the beginning of 1948). The investigation was closed in September 1994, interesting timing given another segment of the video, which was also played, about the close encounter between a UFO and school kids in Zimbabwe, 9/16/94, a day i remember well for a pretty special Grateful Dead show i attended in Mountain View, California, right in the midst of Silicon Valley and by the NASA Ames Space Research Center. What stuck me about the interview, which i found believable, is how one participant described it as "being in a trance" which she then snapped out of, doing so some 20 years later at a reunion of some of the students involved. Were they placed in some sort of trance?

My favorite part of the entire segment on UFOs was the video by Terence McKenna, someone whose work i accidentally came across in 1992. That work has significantly influenced my own thinking. He described UFOs as "a projection of Gaia." Our DNA may actually be a receiver of some sort of universal language, a theme which has been echoed by the likes of Dr Tom Cowan.

McKenna noted that saying a UFO is a psychic phenomenon does NOT mean it's not physical. The psychic and the physical merge in a layer which includes all sorts of mysteries such as synchronicity. This is a consequence of the fact that the world involves more than our space-time coordinate system, there are dimensions beyond it, as even admitted by modern physics. I have a totally different perspective than "unified field theory," more like what writer Daniel Athearn has put forth, a pre-local domain which is the setting for phenomena such as light and its transmission. UFOS challenge the assumptions of science, like a cosmic giggle at a bachelor's party of science, a challenge saying "explain this." an object coming from the deep unconsciousness, intending to turn us away from the rational toward the intuitive, from the dominator social model to a partnership one. It's useless to talk about size, appearances of such objects, they transcend all such notions. Funny, this is what i told Eric in an email last night. :-)

My take on The Phenomenon is in another comment.

Joe Rogan interviewed a woman writer about the UFO Roswell story who claimed one of her sources told her on his death bed that the Roswell crash was a Soviet Psy-Op where they put altered humans in a craft to try to fool the Americans & that the Americans did this same human altering surgery for which he was horribly upset for being involved.

“Are there visitors among us and do they have publicists?” Yes and no. Also, slight journalist issue you have perhaps, or no, journalists step back to examine many things.

While I don’t doubt you examine yourself privately, you probably rarely do so when it’s a story line you cover- it’s excellent journalistic practice, yet misses some that you are alien- if only by virtue of being a journalist over a correspondent! Though I have further suspicions.... 😉

I do not mean this as any slight, simply an observation I’ve made knowing some true journalists, the very few left, and have spotted that commonality in observations between them all- where there’s often a kinda cuteness to how they miss themselves out of some stories when they may be a part of it way more than they know. Find it adorably human Eric 💜
