There is coverage spreading on Twitter and Substack that Chase has shut down Joe Mercola’s commercial bank accounts, those of two of his execs and those of relatives. Is anyone familiar with U.S. banking regs or laws who can help guide me on this story?
People may discuss this openly here, though I am sure that my real source will be NFA/confidential. I am **not** talking about a leak of inside information but rather the right legal and regulatory data to make some sense of this scenario, and to work out who else might be affected.

My guess is that since he is a virus pusher that this is a way to sheep-dip him into looking like he is on the side of the common man which I don't believe for a second, and to scare the real opposition. I think it was CNN (?) that was fake-stalking him outside his house and he came out on his bicycle with his shirt off (to look like a commoner I suppose) and scooted away from this good-looking female announcer who ambushed him. He's part of the RFK CIA kennel in my guess.
For factual information refer to Title 12 U.S. Code , unless they have changed it again. Also, tax paid answers through your federal House or Senate member, via Congressional Research Service, and also certified copies of what you find from “ The Library of Congress.” ( reasonable fees via the Library).

He acts VERY irrational on this topic which means he is in a certain CO group because he is not stupid. No knowledge of US Banking Laws. BUT - after Kanye West was dropped by Chase, he released a letter or two from Chase to him, and there were some kind of references to them being able to choose their clients and drop them if they deemed them no longer alinged with their goals and values (very rough paraphrase.) In my understanding there are the federal laws, then under those, each bank has its own.
Looks like you may now need an investigative team on banking issues. I imagine this will begin to be an issue in a more broad sense, especially after seeing what happened in Canada with the truckers accounts being shut down. We will all need to know how the banking system works. Stick to your guns! ❤️🔥
Seems to me you must be doing something illegal. Like wire fraud, bank fraud or taking in money from illegal orgins. They just can't shut your account down for not liking you. They would be setting themselves up for a giant lawsuit.

Ability to pay bills, even function in society is destroyed. Do we have no protection against our own U.S. banks? The FDIC protection in this case does not apply. Note many State attorneys general have accused JP Morgan of freezing accounts based on “religious and political biases”.
