Thank you Eric, for your calm Astrological-Voice. Mainstream Media washes over too fast, to flow.

Thank you Eric darling! I wish I had more time to spend, studying my space rocks. I have stacks of books and sites to read, but I'm lucky if I have time to glace at my ephemeris once a week! I suppose being busy with life is much better than being bored! I shall, I must get your book though! And I'd love to one day be able to afford to have you glance at my chart. 3rd Decan Gemini, Saturn conjunct my natal Sun, Capricorn Moon, Aquarius containing Jupiter Rising!

Yeah...lol. Thanks again for this! I feel some big changes coming and the space rocks argee!

I'd love to see you interview Simon Shack of The Tychos Model. His book can be read for free at tychos.space and there's a badass planetarium he and his buddy made. Amazing and brilliant and is the only thing I've ever seen that actually explains retrogrades. It just makes sense! Even explains Mars...and NO ONE has done that yet...cept for Simon! It'd make a great show!

Janice, you may not need the time — you need a purpose. A reason to do the work. I'll check out Shack -- do you know him personally?

Eric! I'm so Silly. Now that I've slept on it, made myself slow down and listened to a bit more of your work, I think I understand...

A purpose to learn astrology! I heard you talk about following Chiron around your client's charts for a year and how much you learned from it. While comparing mine and a few loved ones charts is exciting and figuring out the transits can be informative, it is an art that needs practice to fully comprehend.

Practice as in USING it. And you are correct, sir. That is the sort of purpose I am lacking.

Blame me being excited by your reply for missing the message.

I've still not heard it from your lips, but I think I figured out your Sun sign, and it's NOT Sag! Whew. While I find Sag's fascinating, they always end up hating my guts. I'll be the first to admit that it very well could be me. People either love me or hate me and there's not really any in between. It's been that way my entire life.

I collect fans, but apparently few friends, as here I sit, facing this stage of life pretty much alone. While I tell myself my hub and son and farm and critters are enough, I love sharing words and energy and ideas and I've not done that much over the past year. I suppose I haven't had a purpose for keeping any friends around, either. How sad. I should fix that.

I used to produce a livestream for a youtuber. In fact, I took all paid requests, kept up with all the new music coming out, contacted artists, scheduled every show, archived all content and created and admined his Discord for two years. And I did it all for free. The task of livestreaming six nights a week finally became too much. Even after delegating away most of my responsibilities, it was still quite a drain on my time and especially my energy.

The guy I did it for really started to irritate me. He's a Virgo and the spoiled, 30 year old type that couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone to discuss any of my concerns. He always seemed to take me for granted (and made me cry more times than I can count...and I'm not a weepy type of chick!) but I really didn't want to walk away and just give up.

I think what finally did it was that he just calls Uber to deliver fast food. And I mean for everything he eats. Despite suffering from numerous health issues, he refused to listen to anything I had to say about it. As you well know, you don't have to start out an expert in the medical field to figure out what the hell has been going on!!! While I miss the community we had built up, I suppose it was a good thing I did leave, as his Youtube channel recently got deleted. Even though it had nothing to do with politics, the censorship has gone full Totalitarian Mode.

Once I discovered the truth of things, I did a 180 on my family's diet and cut out ALL processed foods. I've always loved to cook, but even my pre-covid "from scratch" contained processed foods from a grocery store. I used to be able to whip up an edible dinner in less than an hour, now it can and usually does take several hours, add up the prep work that I do on the ingredients before I even start preparing the meal...sometimes days.

Sourdough bread can not be rushed. Curtido (my favorite type of fermented cabbage) can take a week or more. I've not bought a premade macaroni product in over two years and egg noodles from scratch take a minute, especially when your pasta machine is a rolling pin! The chicken stock I just pressure canned started with that order of chicks back in July...lol.

Anyways, I heard your plans for adding "new staff" and the music desk sounds like it would be right up my alley, yet I'm hesitant to even think about it. I want to become a member on your site, but I'm not sure I should even do that, because I'd want to "find a community" and make friends...so I will just continue to enjoy your free content. For now.

Maybe I'll sleep on it some more.

And try not to type such long replies several times if you answer me again! lol

I do hope you enjoy the Tychos Model and have Simon on. I let him know, on his forum that I'd recommended it to you.

Thanks again,

Janice the Gemini!

Oh darling! My purpose right now is canning up these meat chicks I raised and butchered! This is our second round this year, fifty in total and I must get freezer space before we process the two male hogs. I'm out of bacon...

Sorry if you're a vegetarian. I eat meat. But, I love it and care for it and look it in the eye at the end. It really makes you appreciate your dinner! I've also got seven new baby rabbits that were born way too late in the year, but you know rabbits! Ha! Thankfully, they're doing great. My garden's a mess and hasn't been put to bed for the winter, but at least I got my garlic planted. My chicken coop needs a clean out, bad. And I've got the greens and tomatoes to water in the grow tent...

Purpose? It's feeding my guy's the best food available and getting my shelves full of mason jars that are full of the best food possible. Mason jars on a shelf don't care if the power's on like freezers do. Plus, I don't trust that stuff at the grocery stores anymore.

Wife, mother, homesteader, chicken breeder, and I sure wish I was a cow milker, but milk cows are so darn expensive. I'm a farm girl. Sleeping in isn't an option and there's always a reason to get up and get busy. Blame my Capricorn Moon.

I look at learning as a vacation. Now THAT would be an excellent reason to do the work!

I WISH I knew Simon Shack! I am a member of his little message board, and have asked if it was okay to recommend him for interviews and he replied that it was perfectly okay. I've read his amazing book and seen the one or two video interviews he's done that are still on Youtube, but that's about it.

Anyways, sorry for the "poor overworked me" rant. It's been a crazy year, but I chose it. I will go into this "not so great reset" on my own terms. I'm just that sort of girl. No one tells me I'll be eating bugs and be happy about it without lighting a fire under my ass to make sure I WON'T. Ha!

If you decide to contact Simon, you might get him quicker on this forum...or he may answer emails. I know I certainly don't. teeheee

I REALLY hope you enjoy the book, the idea, and have him on for a chat. That would just be the best, I think! If anyone's going to get what the dude's saying, it's an astrologer!

Thanks!

Janice - The long winded Gemini from Oklahoma!
