Should not The Governmental Environmental Agencies be conducting serial water & soil testing & immediately reporting to The People the levels, so that can be informed.
Testing serially, would generate baseline levels & then would generate a scale of chemical removal over time, which would give valuable information for learning, for future study & rethinking, of safer platforms of transport.
Do they test surface water only or do they capture water samples at stream/river beds ?
