The issue of whether or not UFOs exist hardly even seems like a question to me. I grew up in and imbibed the ethos of a family that was and is extremely materialistic (in the philosophical meaning of “materialism") and militantly atheistic, but beginning in my mid-twenties I evolved away from that prison of a reality. I took classes at the Berkeley Psychic Institute in the early to mid-1980s, (I was in my twenties at the time) and since then I've known - not simply believed - from personal experience that "not only is the universe stranger than we know, it's stranger than we can even imagine," paraphrasing J.B.S. Haldane.
I've had numerous experiences which defy conventional reality. I wonder if people who do not accept the existence of other levels of reality are even capable of having such experiences. My suspicion is that their energy fields prevent this possibility. I further posit that if something which defies their conception of reality does happen to them, they instinctively, automatically deny it, so that their minds don't even register it.
You seem to not understand that "science" only addresses part of known experience. Can anyone prove that the Beatles made beautiful music, or that their cat loves them? Plenty cannot be proven, we just understand it intuitively or take on faith. Like it or not, that is most of what we call life. Proof enters the picture only rarely, and it usually involves reading the electric meter.
Did you know there's a national UFO reporting website? I didn't either until today. It's worth taking a look at. It includes written descriptions of sightings as well as photos and videos taken from people's smartphones.
Was this video presentation, a speech by Dr. Steven Greer, with an accompanying slideshow and several guest speakers, all of whom have personal experience with this phenomenon, included in the list you sent out today? If not, it should have been. This was presented at the National Press Club on June 12, 2023.
