October 6, 2020 — The second major disclosure event of the year, as James Fox
releases The Phenomenon. Fox has been doing this kind of documentary work for a
long time; it's not his first film about UFO disclosure.
The film features interviews with former Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, Clinton
White House chief of staff John Podesta, former Deputy Undersecretary for
DefenseIntelligence Christopher Mellon, former New Mexico Governor Bill
Richardson, ufologist Jacques Vallee, and journalist Leslie Kean. In the film, Reid is
asked aboutother evidence and replies "I'm saying most of it hasn't seen the light
of day."
Also featured are former Presidents Gerald Ford and Bill Clinton, astronauts, and a
stunning diversity of witnesses and graphic evidence. It provides documentation
ofthe Ariel School incident on September 16, 1994, wherein 62 students at the
Ariel School aged between six and twelve claimed that they saw one or more silver
craftdescend from the sky and land on a field near their school.
