Our Court System
We say, "Our Court System", in the sense of distinguishing it from their court system(s).
We, Americans, have our own court system which is separate from the courts of "strictly limited jurisdiction" allowed to our Federal Subcontractors.
The Municipal Corporations housed in the District of Columbia have their own "administrative courts" -- that is, corporate tribunals that enforce the policies and codes of these corporations.

That is so sad and heartbreaking and infuriating. I have banged my head against the rock of stubborn disbelief that the government would "allow" the poisoning of it's citizens.
No amount of "proof" or "facts" will dissuade those who have their belly buttons attached to the system. Am i not doing something? I click on the 46 emails file, and all i get are empty pages. And on the last page, that Walensky had updates on TTS, Myocarditis, etc. Does that support the article? Not ostensibly, unless we know what the updates are. Maybe i'm missing something.
I made the determination that it does establish the story (which is a matter of editorial policy and NOT of the law or of jury instructions; in this case I am the judge) on the following basis:
1. It is mentioned.
2. It manifested in reality.
3. There is all the missing data.
The bar of intent is set at "knew or should have known" and in this case, the bar is set much lower than for a judge and jury -- prior to discovery. Those hidden pages will contain many details.
It merely needs to be present in their awareness. They merely needed to be aware **of the potential for the problem** -- given that it actually happened. In this context, the redactions all get negative inferences, not neutral.
Different editors wills lean different ways. Had the resulting problem been, say, suicide, and the documents said myocarditis, no. But the problem WAS in fact myocarditis and thrombosis.
That's it -- they should have known. And that is intent.
This is further supported by Fauci who mentions myocarditis in young men being a "very very very small possibility" or however he said it in the video -- that corroborates his direct knowledge.
It's like him saying "there was a very very very small chance the gun was loaded," then pointing it at someone and pulling the triger. The precautionary principle goes to NOT POINTING AND NOT SHOOTING - AT ALL.

I made the determination that it does establish the story (which is a matter of editorial policy and NOT of the law or of jury instructions; in this case I am the judge) on the following basis:
1. It is mentioned.
2. It manifested in reality.
3. There is all the missing data.
The bar of intent is set at "knew or should have known" and in this case, the bar is set much lower than for a judge and jury -- prior to discovery. Those hidden pages will contain many details.
It merely needs to be present in their awareness. They merely needed to be aware **of the potential for the problem** -- given that it actually happened. In this context, the redactions all get negative inferences, not neutral.
Different editors wills lean different ways. Had the resulting problem been, say, suicide, and the documents said myocarditis, no. But the problem WAS in fact myocarditis and thrombosis.
That's it -- they should have known. And that is intent.
This is further supported by Fauci who mentions myocarditis in young men being a "very very very small possibility" or however he said it in the video -- that corroborates his direct knowledge.
It's like him saying "there was a very very very small chance the gun was loaded," then pointing it at someone and pulling the triger. The precautionary principle goes to NOT POINTING AND NOT SHOOTING - AT ALL.
