They knew. They know. They always do. We pretend not to.
A CDC FOIA on blood clots and heart damage from covid shots reveals its early awareness. The essence of 'intent' is foreknowledge. But at a certain point, personal responsibility must engage.
THEY KNEW.
That is the big story of the week, spreading fast in the online “health freedom” space, and getting lots of engagements. Several major presenters have picked up the story and run with it.
In investigative reporting, they knew is always the big one.
It’s like a cycle of myths: it happens over and over, the world over, in every situation where the public is at some risk, and corporate or public officials pretend they are not.
They knew.
That is the real crime — and the pearl of great price for any investigative reporter or trial lawyer: to prove that they knew. Ladies and gentlemen of the imaginary jury, the defendant knew, and did not stop.
To prove that someone knew — a fact usually established by their own documents — is the difference between negligence versus an intentional act. There’s a word for it in legal practice: scienter, which means knowingly and intentionally. It’s related to “science,” meaning that their own scientific findings prove they knew.
In fact, the doctrine of intent goes so far as to say it means, They knew or should have known.
Daily Clout Report on CDC’s Early Knowledge of Heart Damage and Blood Clots from ‘Covid Vaccines’
On Sept. 20, Amy Kelly and attorney Edward Berkovich reported in Daily Clout that they had in their possession 46 pages of emails obtained from the CDC under the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), proving that they knew.
What did federal officials know? Daily Clout reports that they knew the “covid vaccine” could cause myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and thrombosis, a blood clot disorder. According to the report, CDC knew. Dr. Anthony Fauci knew, and said the risk was minimal — and claimed that the risk of heart disease from “covid itself” was far worse.
Pres. Biden knew; the White House requested more information about the issues.
What Daily Clout is saying is that they all knew the “covid vaccine” was potentially a “clot shot,” as it’s sometimes called in health freedom circles.
Chiron Return - Planet Waves FM (publisher of the article you’re reading) has not interviewed those who say they did the work; I would love to. Based on our initial review of the record, the story seems to check out. I’m mainly here to tell you what is being reported, and how it’s being sourced. As in science, the analysis of the primary source materials will need to be conducted by several independent teams. [Note, I have elaborated my editorial policy in a comment below.]
Here are the original documents they say they obtained under the federal FOIA — which are mostly redacted. The most relevant one is at the end.
With due respect to my colleagues at Daily Clout, who seem to have an excellent track record, we’re in a moment of history when all disclosures must be independently verified, and not simply repeated. I invite you to dive in and tell me if the documents support the article. Here is the prior set of emails, connected to this earalier article.

Foreknowledge of Danger at the Height of the Vaccine Mandates
The reported date range of the CDC emails in question is May 24-25, 2021 — at the very height of the “vaccine” push. The implication is that there was foreknowledge that the injections would kill people while officials were making the loudest claims for the necessity and perfect safety of the drugs. If true, that is a form of homicide.
Millions of people around the world were mandated to take the shots, often as many as three or more of them, or face loss of their jobs and social standing. They wrere given to children, the elderly, and those with compromised immunity. And if these interviews I did in New York City a month later than the emails mean anything, the public was convinced of “safe and effective.” People wanted to get “back to normal.”
Presently, CDC reports that it knows of 36,173 deaths from the “covid vaccine,” associated with specific dates and specific batches. They also admit being aware of 209,682 adverse health events following the shot that were so serious, they required hospitalization. As is well known today, many of these deaths and hospitalizations involved cardiac issues and blood clots, as well as brain bleeds.
Now, we’re being presented with evidence that federal officials knew this could occur, or were at least aware of the potential issue. Because they knew or should have known, it was an intentional act.
As we learned during Watergate half a century ago, the big question is, “What did the president know, and when did he know it?”
Let’s take a little tour of what else “they knew.” I only know of one situation in all of chemical history where there was criminal liability — and the charges were mail fraud and wire fraud, not poisoning anyone.

They Knew at Love Canal
Based on the April 28, 1953 deed for the land it purchased from the Hooker Chemical Co., the Niagara Falls Board of Education knew that it was buying a toxic waste dump and that they would be building a school right on top of it. That was called the Love Canal.
Then they sold the surrounding land to home developers, who took title to their newly-acquired land based on a title chain which revealed this fact in a famous 17-line caveat. Therefore, the developers knew about the toxic waste dump when they built the homes and sold them to unsuspecting buyers, and concealed this information.
They knew.
Westinghouse Knew, and Planned to Shred the Evidence
The Westinghouse company not only knew that its industrial hygiene files were full of what it called “smoking gun” evidence, they made a plan to shred it. The document, discovered in the early 1990s, was signed by Jeffrey Bair, an in-house Westinghouse lawyer, and Wayne Bickerstaff, an industrial-hygiene manager.
“The majority of the documents in Industrial Hygiene's files are potential 'smoking gun' documents,” they wrote, in a memo stamped “PROPRIETARY CLASS 1 — DESTROY BY BURNING OR SHREDDING.”
“The files are filled with technical information which critiques and criticizes, from an industrial-hygiene perspective, Westinghouse manufacturing and nonmanufacturing operations. This documentation oftentimes points out deficiencies in Westinghouse operations and suggests recommendations to correct these deficiencies. The files contain many years of employee test results, some of them unfavorable.... In our opinion, the risks of keeping these files substantially exceed the advantages of maintaining the records.”
A judge in Texas ruled that the 22-page document “described a plan to commit fraud on the courts of this nation.”
They knew — and they had an inventory of just how much paper and microfilm they planned to shred or burn, measured in linear feet.
Monsanto Knew that PCBs Cause Liver Damage and Cancer
Monsanto knew going back to the 1930s that chemicals it manufactured, in the family of chlorinated hydrocarbons (PCBs, then called chlorinated diphenyls) caused systemic disease, including liver damage. And they still sold them by the ton.
PCBs are a kind of liquid plastic with endless industrial uses, but where mostly distributed through the electrical system as dielectric fluid.
Monsanto learned in the 1960s and 1970s, from tests performed by IBT Labs that PCBs cause cancer in all of the rats, not merely some of them, but sold the chemicals as a safety feature and claimed they were harmless. Monsanto even lobbied the insurance industry to mandate their use in public buildings. Yes.
William Papageorge was Monsanto’s 30(b)(6) witness (the most knowledgeable person in the company) in many federal lawsuits. He spent the last 10 years of his life testifying about PCB history for the corporation in court.
Going back in time a bit, electrical manufacturers did secret studies beginning in 1936 when many workers at the Halowax Corp. in New York City, exposed to PCBs and related chemicals called chlorinated naphthalenes, started coming down with chloracne (also called '“cable rash”), a painful, disfiguring skin disease. Three workers died. Autopsies of two revealed severe liver damage. Halowax asked Harvard University researcher Cecil K. Drinker to investigate.
“We might just as well have thrown our business to the four winds and said, 'We'll close up', because there was no substitute and there is none today in spite of all the efforts we have made through our own research laboratories to find one."
— GE executive F. R. Kaimer, 1937
The Drinker Study Says: They Knew
Drinker presented his results at a 1937 meeting at Harvard attended by Monsanto, GE, Halowax, the U.S. Public Health Service, and state health officials from Massachusetts and Connecticut. Like the Halowax workers, Drinker's test rats had suffered severe liver damage. “These experiments leave no doubt as to the possibility of systemic effects from the chlorinated naphthalenes and chlorinated diphenyls,” he concluded, warning the electrical manufacturers who commissioned the study.
Sanford Brown, the president of Halowax, concluded the meeting with another thought that would echo through the next five decades. Brown stressed the "necessity of not creating mob hysteria on the part of workmen in the plants" where chemical-safety inspections were being made. Problems with PCBs and napthalenes, he predicted, "may continue, probably will continue for years."
Monsanto knew that its PCB products were contaminated with dioxin-like furans, straight out of the factory.
The silence of those at the meeting ensured that effect. The chemicals were finally banned in 1976, though most of what was manufactured in the decades before are leaching from landfills and being sprayed from incinerators into the air, earth and water.
They knew.
Monsanto Knew About Dioxin in Lysol
Monsanto also knew that exposure to dioxin following a chemical reactor explosion had killed many of its workers, and manipulated three “peer reviewed” studies which falsely claimed that it did not. They then sued a journalist named Peter Montague for writing about it. Further, Monsanto knew that every bottle of its Lysol brand disinfectant was contaminated with dioxin, but still sold the product in endless TV ads as being suitable to wash pets and clean children’s toys.
They knew.
Speaking of Monsanto, we will open up the to glyphosate/Roundup files another time. It’s the same old story.
Monsanto Knew the World was Contaminated with its PCBs
Based on its own documents, Monsanto knew in 1969 that the whole world was contaminated with its PCB products, but continued to manufacture and sell them till they were finally banned in 1976. Instead of stopping production, it set spies on the scientists who were uncovering the issues, and attempted to discredit them.
They knew.
Chemical Makers Knew that “Forever Chemicals” were Deadly but Continued to Turn Them Into Baby Bottles
Yes, they knew — and kept it secret, and not only that, made baby bottles out of the stuff. And every other kind of food packaging, till they were banned and replaced by other chemicals just as bad.
I could keep going, but it’s getting late. It’s also getting late in history.
This all leaves me wondering why it’s a such big deal when we find out that “they knew,” and act in any way surprised — and then don’t do anything about it. By that, I mean take the warning, or take action.
Dangers of the ‘Covid Vaccines’ were First Reported in 2020
We knew there were dangers with these injections — the news started coming out during the trials, in mid-2020.
We have learned that “they knew” so many times, the responsibility is now on every one of us not to accept the claims of any company or government official — whether of safety in the case of dioxin and the “covid vaccine,” or of danger, in the case of “covid” itself.
And are we really to believe that every other thing about “covid” is a fraud, from the test to the vaccine, but that there are no problems whatsoever with the original claims of a pathogen? I know a lot of reporters and presenters who think that to say so is going too far, because the public is “not ready.” So they contribute to the scam.
Reporters always seem surprised that “they knew,” and the public is excited the day the article comes out, but then generally returns to the position that “we don’t know.” or that “we don’t want to know.”
That is why it keeps happening.
What Daily Clout is reporting is indeed a major revelation, deserving of criminal trials. I’ll be thrilled if it matters in some meaningful way; if there is any result any time in the next 10 years. Last we heard of Dr. Fauci, he’s worth $11 million and in retirement, he has a government chauffeur and bodyguards. I guess he needs them.
‘They Knew’ is the Perpetrator’s Best Defense Against Fraud
When a company is sued for fraud, its attorneys immediately strive to prove that the defrauded party knew what was going on. Fraud is a self-concealing crime. Yet the best defense against fraud by the perpetrator is, “The other guys knew, and did nothing.”
In a fraud situation, one’s rights start to run out the moment they understand what is happening. If you know someone is fooling you, and you let it go on, you’re not a victim; you’re an accomplice.
I am here to tell you, we knew. And we know. And every time, nearly everyone steps right back into harm’s way.
“They knew” is a sugar high.
It’s always said to be the most outrageous thing in history when it comes out, and then there is no real accountability — least of which by those who were so thrilled. No lesson is taken. Most people go back to believing the claims of public officials. Journalists move onto the next story. Most even fall for the next round of lies.
There is an aphorism attributed to being a Navajo proverb: “You can't wake a person who is pretending to be asleep.”
Or as the philosopher Marshall McLuhan said long ago, “Only the small secrets need to be protected. The large ones are protected by public incredulity.”
Of course, they knew. They know. Just like any other weapons system. It's doesn't exist to aid the enemy. Covid was a successful military campaign. The big problem for the health freedom movement is that way too many still don't realize that the PTB consider us to be the ENEMY!
Mistakes Were NOT Made! This term, coined by MAA, is, in my opinion, more accurate than "they knew" because it refers to what THEY DID, rather than what they knew.
