The conduct of many "holistic practitioners" led people to betray themselves, and to accept toxic, often deadly, medical treatment instead of taking a "do no harm" approach. This deserves a review.
Thank you for saying this out loud, Eric! This failure of so many to stand by long professed principles is THE aspect of the whole co*id shit that truly broke my heart. I lost my whole profession - nurses & doctors who totally know better just caved. It’s a betrayal; and I feel a moral injury, even more so than during military deployment. Our planet is now suffering ptsd....

They're amazing medicine for ptsd symptoms. Depression and anxiety too. My mycelium is growing slowly this spring due to the unseasonably cold weather, but it IS growing! By my birthday, I'll have some fresh medicine and hope the world can receive the healing vibes of the shroom Gods!

While I don't doubt this is true--I was quite shocked at the compliance by my local herb store, for instance--my main experience was quite the opposite. I belonged to an organization of health and wellness entrepreneurs that includes Joseph Mercola in its membership, and the vast majority of them were fighting bravely and suffering the consequences, including being deplatformed and even having their Paypal accounts frozen. Frankly, they were already geared up for battle before the pandemic started, as fighting the power of pharma has been a necessity for holistic health leaders since the Flexner report, as you know. The public was of course not aware this was going on, but it was.
I was shocked to witness just how low some of my fellow human's price really is. I've never trusted "authority" nor have I been good at following the "rules". I'm used to questioning everything and being looked at askance for doing so, but this time was different. Instead of being praised for setting a good example (by at least a few people), the vitriol I received for thinking for my self, for being responsible for the freedom to do so, was off the charts.
I'm not sure why Convid was so difficult for most to figure out, but it was. So many fell for the lies and continue to believe them. It's sad, actually.
But! There's a silver lining. It was my "last straw" with Allopathic Medicine and me, my family, and my animals have never been healthier. I put myself through a crash course in natural healing and us on the path to TRUE HEALTH. So, there is that.

spot on ! same situation for the 'sacred plant medicine' society. Eric - do you know Charles Eisenstein. He expressed his huge disappointment with this community. Who believed and followed the mandates from these very institutions that are persecuting and criminalizing their medicine....
