Good evening,
I’m here tonight with a bit of spot news astrojouralnism for you.
Below is the chart for the published time of the jury verdict of Trump’s business being convicted of various tax schemes, facing a fine that The New York Times humorously described as the equivalent of a “rounding error” for Trump. While it was his business and not he who was convicted, the verdict chart has many alignments with his natal chart, which I cover in this old article from 2016, when we were all much younger.
Tonight, I focus mainly on three planets that are in the last degrees of their respective signs (technically the 30th degree, sometimes written 29+). Please follow the green arrows and this will be plainly visible, and presto, you’re reading astrology.
The Moon is rising in Taurus and is void-of-course. This gives the chart the feeling of being unstable or describing a situation that could change fast; I did not mention that this could be reversed on appeal (I am speaking as an astrologer and not an attorney here). Those are the Moon in the last degree of Taurus; Mercury in the last degree of Sagittarius; and Jupiter in the last degree of the zodiac (and of Pisces)
You may (if you are classical astrology geek, which are probably not) recall that “the Moon performeth somewhat” when it is void-of-course but is in a sign where it’s also strong — which would be Taurus, where the Moon is exalted. But this Moon is so void-of-course that it’s mere minutes away from Gemini.
Also of note, this is happening about a day ahead of a very unusual Gemini Full Moon conjuct retrograde Mars (details on that are in a prior episode, and I’ll have more to say tomorrow).
