Return of the U.S. Pluto Return!

When discussing the 2020 crisis, few astrologers made the connection to the Pluto return in the U.S. charts. This is true no matter which chart you might use, whether any of the July 3 or 4 charts, or the 1777 adoption of the Articles of Confederation (Scopionic America is the chart).

The basic chart I’ve used is below. I forgot to mention that the Moonwill be conjunct Neptune when Pluto re-enters Capricorn. That means someone is dousing you with anaesthesia related to the effects of this event.
